Choco chip cookies
Ingredients required
1 cup flour 3 by 4 Cup butter 3 by 4 Cup caster sugar 1 by 4 small spoon baking powder 1 big spoon cocoa powder two or three big spoon milk hundred gram chocolate chips
Procedure
Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius at convection mode .Beat butter, sugar perfectly till it becomes creamy Sieve floor, cocoa powder and baking soda in bowl mix all the ingredients together and make dough and cut into cookies if you don't have cutter then make small bolls on dough and keep in on non stick Tawa and make them flat with the help of fok keep them and the distance of 5 centimetre away from each other at 180 degree Celsius
20 to 25 minutes on lower rack till Golden . now serve it
